Let’s get to know each other and set clear expectations. Book a free discovery session, which can be held virtually via Google Meet or in person (Brixton/Clapham, London only). Whatever your goals, meaningful change takes time. After our initial session, I recommend 3 to 6 additional sessions to help you achieve your objectives. The decision to continue is entirely up to you — no pressure, no questions asked.
